Carol will share her insights into the key nutritional components for vibrant health. "A Fit Body For Life" Carol will help us assess our fitness level and choose the right fitness activities and plan that can work for anyone.

As part of National Eating Disorders Week Carol brings her insights concerning the effect culture, media, genes and relational issues have on body image. She will be offering positive steps toward a healthier look at ourselves through acceptance of body types and practicing self-care.

Carol will be giving the students an insight into how to have a healthy body image and a positive mental attitude. She will also be educating them about eating disorders, their effects and how to avoid the “thin” trap.
