As part of National Eating Disorders Week Carol brings her insights concerning the effect culture, media, genes and relational issues have on body image. She will be offering positive steps toward a healthier look at ourselves through acceptance of body types and practicing self-care.

 

March 2nd & 20th

Carol will be giving the students an insight into how to have a healthy body image and a positive mental attitude. She will also be educating them about eating disorders, their effects and how to avoid the “thin” trap.

"How To Eat Healthy and Avoid Disease "

Eating more fruits and vegetables, cutting down on sodas and sugars, and staying hydrated are some of the tips Carol will be offering to several of the wellness classes.
